Every Last Child Campaign Launch

On 26 April, across the world, Save the Children will launch a 3-year campaign in which they commit to do whatever it takes to help ensure that every last child survives and thrives.

In Brussels Save the Children are seeing this Campaign as an exciting new departure, an opportunity to tackle exclusion and discrimination against children both in Europe and in developing countries. It is specifically targeting and will involve groups of children who are the most discriminated and excluded in a given context: Roma, street children, refugee and migrant children, girls, and children with disabilities.

Speakers:
Noala Skinner UNICEF EU Office Director
Catherine Naughton – Director, European Disability Forum
Dutch Permanent Representation to the EU (t.b.c.)
Ester Asin, Director Save the Children and EU Representative
Frazer Goodwin, Save the Children Senior Advocacy Adviser

So on Tuesday 26 April, you are invited to the Residence Palace, Maelbeek room and also video footage of Save the Children Director, Ester Asin as Eglantyne Jebb being arrested by an Edwardian Metropolitan policeman. A World premiere that will be followed by a reception luncheon.
